"I brought my car in after an accident. It took much longer to be repaired than I was originally told and I received no communication to notify me of this. After getting the car back, it was still not fixed. I brought it to a different mechanic who found extensive issues to fix. He asked me where I previously brought the car so he could be sure to avoid it. This has cost me over a thousand extra dollars in rental car expenses and a lot of wasted time."

"My car had some front end damage where the front bumper, condenser, radiator, and mounts had to be replaced along with a hood realignment. After they told me that they need to keep the car for longer because they did a poor inspection, I had to wait an additional 2 weeks to get my car back. When we got it back the hood was so crooked that we had to take it back so they could fix it, and that was only one of the problems. The hood was still misaligned, the panel gap between the hood and the bumper is huge, the paint on the bumper does not match at all, and the bumper is NOT EVEN ATTACHED PROPERLY. On top of that, they didn’t paint the condenser and they left masking tape on the bumper and condenser. Overall, I would not take your car to this shop!"

"Unfortunately, with 4 cars and 2 daughters that didn't learn to drive unscathed.... I have used Kittredge Auto Rebuilders one to many times. (They know me by name) Kenny, Steve and Brenda have always been great to deal with and their workmanship is unparalleled. I recently had a minor setback with one fender they worked on. When I took is back, Steve not only had the problem fixed at no charge...he had some minor damage repaired and the car detailed to make up for the inconvenience of a return trip to their shop. Who does that? They do. Great people and Great Service"
