"First of all Shout out to everyone at the store who helped me out when I was broke down and stranded. One of the best Oriellys I’ve ever used in my opinion. Anywho it was 6ish pm on a Saturday 10/28/23. My balljoint snapped and I didn’t want to be stuck on the side of the road for the night with weather rolling in. I was on my way to the Topeka Ks area pulling a 6’x12’ Uhaul enclosed trailer, driving a 99 CHEVY K1500, my lower ball joint snapped 2 to 3 miles out of town past their exit. Got towed by R&M Repair and towing to the Quality Inn in Burlington, and from there after they got me unloaded I was able to get a ride with them to O’Reilly‘s. Once I got to Oriellys I was able to get the tie rods, sleeve, and a new lower ball joint. Which at the time we both thought it was right since I didn’t have the other one with me since I was trying to get the parts before they closed since they were the only ones open at that time of night and being a small town on a Saturday. And I able to rent a pickle fork for pulling the tie rods, which at the time I mistakenly thought was the Ball Joint C clamp tool, in my exhausted state of mind. So I thought I had everything. Good to go I thought. So I hoofed it back to the Quality Inn with my parts and tool. To later that evening I found out I had the wrong tool and they were closed. So once they opened Sunday morning and being the only store open Sunday morning I got back with them and asked if they could bring me the correct tool. To which they said yes and were able to bring me the Ball Joint C Clamp tool that morning. So still had issues trying to get the new ball joint in because the night before I was able to get the old one out but was having issues getting the new one in. Then come to find out Monday when I was finally able to get a mechanic to come help me, and tired of fighting the new one, he realized with in the first little bit of trying to get it in and fighting it to compare it to the old one which is something I normally do but didn’t, because of being mad and in an exhausted state of mind, we were able to go swap it out with the correct one, which honestly they were very similar in size but it was enough that I wouldn’t have been able to so we were able to swap it out and we were able to get it in less than 3 hrs. I fought it the previous whole day and night of it snapping cuz I wanted to get back on the road. So yeah fun experience there. But Oriellys was awesome about warranting the incorrect part I had beat on and swapping it out for the correct one, and renting the tools for the job."

"Wonderful staff! The staff is what makes this location so great! Of course the store also has a great selection of parts and accessories. We had part of our fan blade break off and cut some wires. The staff went above and beyond to help us get what we needed to fix our truck. Can’t thank them enough!"

"Brian and the guys at Store #4996 really pulled my bacon out of the fire this week. While traveling cross country from Oregon to Arkansas, my 27 foot RV engine died by electrical fire on I70 and had to be towed. I towed it to O'Reilly's in Burlington and started replacing parts. Finally by day 3 i had all the new parts installed (starter, alternator, gobs of wiring, belts, you name it) and had it back up and running again. The hospitality that was shown to me in this auto parts store is unparalleled. Patiently and happily they tested batteries (i have 5), alternators and starters a piece at a time as I ripped them off the truck- it was like having my older brother there to show me what was wrong. The alternator we ordered had a different pulley on it than my old one, and I thought it was the incorrect part for just a moment, until Manager Brian laughed and pulled out his impact driver and had the pulleys swapped out in under a minute. It took me 3 days and a LOT of wire, but thanks to these guys I am back on the road again."

"This place is wonderful! Pamela was extremely kind and patient with us when we stopped by, after some random issues we encountered on the road. While they weren’t able to solve the issue, they did point us in the right direction and gave us more information on what the problem may be."
