"HIGHLY recommend this climbing facility for kids!! Ian was exceptionally friendly and helpful! My class of kindergarten, first, and second graders was studying simple machines (pulleys, levers, etc.). We were looking for a way to incorporate real life experience into our studies. Ian went above and beyond to create informative, extremely well organized, and developmentally appropriate activities to demonstrate science concepts using the climbing equipment. It was very apparent that all of the climbing wall staff had experience interacting with children (directions were clear, concise, fun, etc.)."
"Normally I wouldn't burn my time leaving a review for a rec center, but this place is just deserving. It's old, but it's well managed with lots of amenities indoor and out. My family and I have been going here for about a year. Love the kids club offering allowing us time to work out. The pool is great I just wish they had better evening hours. Staff is polite and down to earth. Weight room gives you that 1990s feel but at least they have one."
"Visited with my 7 year old and 11 month old yesterday. Indoor playground was a hit with both and bonus it's free! The pool was a pleasant temperature for both. My 7 year old loved the slides. We drove 45 minutes to get here and it was worth it!"
"Whatever you do, make sure you do not attempt to have any type of fun at this pool. If you're not 48 inches tall, no water slide period -no swim test to even try, even though you're given a floaty raft to go down on. Limited capacity in the giant family hot tub and barely any room to swim anywhere else. Not worth the money at all."
"Just renewed my membership. I'm definitely a senior, so I have Silver Sneakers available through my insurance. Of course, I also contribute money with my taxes since I live in the district. All three front desk staff were helpful and pleasant (even though I interrupted an at-the-desk lunch.) I'm looking forward to getting some necessary exercise in such a friendly place."
