"Do NOT use this insurance agent. If you ever try to switch your service and cancel they keep charging you monthly ($222 a month!). Even though we had no contract with them and provided documentation that we had started insurance with another company. They are unresponsive and don't follow through with what they tell you. I've been with 3 other companies in my lifetime and I can safely say I will never go back to Farmers because of this agent. My husband was with them, and we switched him to my account to save with our house and multi-car. I'm disgusted by their tactics of making money and charging people who've no longer request their services."
