"Patrick and his team are excellent. The passenger side fog light cover of my car broke, prompting me to replace it. Upon purchasing the necessary parts, I contacted them, and they reinstalled it at no charge. Despite having to cancel my previous appointment, they accommodated me when I walked in without one, even though they were exceptionally busy today."

"I will have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I was a little skeptical due to a few online reviews however I was very happy with the process. We received text updates throughout the process and the vehicle was even done early. The quality of work was on point and everything turned out great. I'd use them again for sure."

"If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! Rude and unprofessional manager. I asked for a timeframe of repairs once the estimate was done, and he refused to give it to me until they had parts in hand. I asked for an idea of when it might be done once they had the estimate complete, and he refused, constantly interrupted me, then hung up on me. I absolutely do not recommend this location. Or this company. Update! The manager called me back after telling me that my car was unsafe to drive and they couldn’t put the bad parts back on and told me to come pick up my car and drive it and get a service somewhere else and then I wasn’t welcome there. This is escalated and I have reported him to the corporate office. And the car doesn’t ride the same as when I dropped it off. Alignment is screwed up and something smells like it’s burning. Never go to this location, and never deal with Scott."

"I originally would have given this place one star. Their previous management and staff were awful. They hadn’t completed the work on my car and didn’t tell me until I noticed it. They also left a paint stain on my seat. I had to keep calling them to finish the repairs. They’d tell me they would look into it and then never call back. This went on for almost a year. Fortunately, they have new staff and management who listened to my concerns, apologized, got the work done quickly, and even cleaned up the paint stain on my seat. So, if you see negative reviews from the past, keep in mind that they may be about the previous staff and management. Things seem much better there now."

"If I could give negative stars I would! This shop is nothing short of a joke! I went here after I was involved in a hit and run and had damage to my rear quarter panel. At first the process and people seemed great until I got my car back in worse shape than before my accident! There was a laundry list of issues, and it went back numerous times and each time they avoided my plea of the horrible noise coming from the back end of my car! I asked repeatedly to remove my quarter panel to fix it and nothing! Scott pretended to care at first and then just became a joke! I finally took it to another shop, and I was dumbfounded by how messed up my car was! They told me they fully replaced my quarter panel but instead did a horrible job at using bondo and welding it! The skeleton of my car was bend and you can see where they used a pry bar to try to bend it back and ruined it even more! Now I know why they refused to take the quarter panel off, because they know what a pathetic job they did at fixing it! After taking it to another shop and them tearing it apart, it was deemed to be totaled! This shop is so negligent they allowed me to leave with a car that was not even safe to be on the road! I spoke to the GM asking for some kind of compensation for this pathetic, negligent, irresponsible, work but nothing was offered to me! How a body shop can walk away with clean hands after letting someone leave with an unsafe car is mind blowing to me! Do yourself a huge favor and stay clear of this place!"
