InTown Suites Extended Stay Colorado Springs CO

"Be careful when you rent here by the week or month. They offer a great price in the beginning but if you stay here extendedly prices go up. Way up!! They offer deals on the beginning but still the prices double in the long run. This hotel is the only hotel in the city with kitchens. So they have the market here cornered. I hope the commerce here in the city gets word on this and starts building other hotels with kitchens so there's no prices gauging in the market."

"The back of the hotel’s property runs alongside a bike trail and river bed that will have you wanting to gaze out at it for hours. Truly peaceful. The staff does their best to maintain the hotel’s property for guests and I believe the job they’re doing is great. The general manager, Danielle, is a polite but no nonsense lady who takes pride in her job and it shows in everything she does from interacting with her staff and residents, to taking care of the smallest details in the property’s appearance. Some undesirables may slip by here and there but management from what I’ve observed has been very capable of keeping the safety and welfare of the visiting clients paramount. And they all seem to be happy to work here though at times it could be stressful. Front desk staff and staff have been fair and upfront when dealing with difficult visitors and have done an awesome job at dealing with nearly impossible tasks from day to day by way of handling the customer’s needs while upholding the hotels high standards. Q, is a very capable and friendly receptionist, who is a delightful site when checking into an extended stay accommodation because of her knowledge of the hotel and her ability to make you feel at home. Ingrid and Rusty are both lifesavers. I mean that literally. You see, I have the habit of watching myself out of my room, multiple times a day and night because of a possible condition of the mind brought on by stress and my years in the army. If I recall correctly, and I believe I did, these two were always available. Let me into my room. Never once did they seem upset and never once were they angered no matter the time of day or night, or the amount of times I’ve had to be let back into my room. Thank you so much. Problem areas are the vending machines. The two on site machines only will accept card purchases not coin or bill. Most times the sodas are very nearly out with all flavors but all else makes me say this is a great value for the price and a restful place for an extended stay. I moved away from InTown Suites, Colorado Springs at the end of October. The question that you may be asking yourself is, why did I get it was so great and when I consider staying there again? Truth is, I’m not crazy about Colorado Springs as a city, but I did love living at InTown Suites because it made an otherwise weird city into a comfortable place that I could rest my head and walk my dog. I would definitely consider above all other extended stays, Intown suites with the current staff being on the roster. They’re family. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work. "Super sketchy. Booked for two nights but left after one. Never saw a hotel with a steel roll-down door covering the front desk at night. Front desk person was rude and smelled like a pack of cigarettes. Room was fairly typical, but bathroom was dirty and disgusting. Asked for a different room but the front desk person said they didn't have any, even though the parking lot was half empty. Saw some shady activity in the parking lot when we got back from dinner, - looked like illegal exchange of money and services if you know what I mean. Yikes."

"I was lucky to find a place I was comfortable and secure for my two month stay. As I am just moving to Colorado Springs, purchasing a home and getting my new home ready to move into, my stress level could have been through the roof. Knowing I had a place that had an amazing staff, Danielle, Q, Ingrid and Rusty as well as the housekeeping staff made much of that stress go away. They were always available to answer questions and make this transition to a new home and community a much more pleasant experience."

"My boyfriend David and I have been staying at Intown suites since we relocated. Everyone here is very friendly and very welcoming. Especially Danielle, Q, Ingrid and Rusty. I’ve never had any issues and usually around these parts of town it is hard to find a decent place to stay. I feel like this is my home away from home. The staff and management are doing whatever they can to keep this place quiet, clean and friendly. Whenever I need something fixed it gets done without hesitation and I am very thankful for that and for the staff always being there when I need them :)!"
