Odyssey Apartments

"Not only are these apartments horrible quality but staff are unprofessional my dad got cancer in the beginning of 2023 so I had to break my lease to help my mom keep her home. We paid 1400 to break the lease and told them to take the deposit for the rest of the bill that we'd get back to them to pay them, they came up with a year later that we owed them 750 dollars we brought the money to them several times to pay and they refused to take the money and now they sent it to their collection agency. Very unprofessional cleaned apartments very unprofessional staff that don't fix anything, very unprofessional staff that don't know how to do their jobs DONT LIVE HERE I GIVE THEM 0 STARS"

"Constant yelling, screaming, quick to charge maintenance fees monthly doubling your utilities every month. If u think this placebis cheaper than the others.... it's not, you just pay the same price for 1 1/2 inch gaps in the doors costing ridiculous electric bill and insane screaming and fighting all hours of the day and night. Retrieving spent bullet casings from my dogs mouth on our walks, and a smile at the office but no actual improvement in your quality of living. If u work from home... STAY AWAY!"

"I keep getting texts saying that you guys keep completing maintenance requests but nothing has been fixed. I put in maintenance requests months prior and then 2-5 months later you guys send someone without prior notice of them coming so I can’t prepare myself ahead of time to have you guys fix the things I need fixed. Back in June-July I had someone come measure my living room door and never had anyone come replace it, I had management put in a request while I was in office for a new ceiling fan, and stove and haven’t had those replaced. I just need someone to come fix these things because I pay rent without fail even-though nothing is getting fixed. Let me know at least 3 days prior before you guys decide to come and fix things. Because I work from home and in office I need to know ahead of time before you guys come to my apartment."

"If I could rate this place I would rate it a 0 because this place is trash. We lived here for almost a year. And they don't fix anything when you ask for a maintenance request. I also called never get a call back left voicemails and still nothing.They have roaches every since we moved here. And ever since we moved in the washer dryer has been broken and never fixed. Things are falling apart in our apartment and the tub is peeling because all they did was paint over everything here. I recommend you don't move here. They also have hidden fees that they don't tell you about. Worse place to live."
