"It has been one of the easier and smoothest processes as far as moving into a new apartment. Noemi helped me from the start and has been more than pleasant to work with when I have any questions. I appreciate the fast response and quickness to getting back to me as a resident. I also appreciate the manager Yune being active and present on the property."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. We did not have heat or a working washing machine for the first 2 weeks of moving in. The office is very unorganized and they do not communicate with each other. If you move in, be prepared for random fees being added to your rent and when you move out they will add move out fees for the hell of it. We lived there for less than 6 months- they added a $400 fee for “paint touch up” even though our inspection was perfect. Do not live here unless you enjoy big piles of trash outside, broken appliances, and being over charged. *the picture is what their dumpsters look like on a regular basis."

"I scheduled a tour of these apartments on Saturday, February 17th at 10am. My boyfriend and I arrived for our tour, only to find that the office was not open yet (it was 10:03). We then waited in our car for about 15-20 minutes, and as we were pulling out, we saw a woman get out of the car next to us and walk into the office and close the door behind her. She had been sitting there in her car, watching us wait the entire time. I had called the office and left a voicemail, to which no one even called me back. The fact that no one called back AND the woman completely ignored us waiting there was ridiculous. We left and will definitely NOT be recommending this place to anyone looking."

"We have experienced 3 new management companies in 10 months and somehow they all get astonishing worse. Their customer service is worse than the trash that overflows the dumpsters into the street and makes the parking lot smell like you live in a landfill. Maintenance requests get canceled and straight up forgotten about. If we had it to do over we would have been better off being homeless then dealing with this complex."

"I have lived here 7 years and have battled these waste cans since day 1 but in the past I could email the maintenence manager Timi or call the office and it was done immediately. Ee have been owned by several different companies in these 7 years but NOW forward to the past 6 months and it's the worst it's ever been. I have emailed the manager and the office on many occasions and most recently was told they are short staffed, however us as tenants do receive a general email to pickup after pets or we will be fined. Looks to me like it's being picked up the company is just not doing their part to dispose of what is picked up. Just today I saw the office showing 2 young girls the property and the girls walked alone to view the pool and the gym and stopped at that dog can and were saying how gross that was. That really full one is right under my balcony. Yes there's a billion flies and yes it smells awful especially in this heat. Hmm not a good look for prospective tenants. My lease cannot be up fast enough although I have been told by several people I could break my lease with no penalty due to these unsanitary conditions. Don't move here I promise you will regret it. It's not the same place it used to be. I emailed last on Monday and these pics are from today. Monday was the beginning of week 3 of not being changed."
