"Place is a waste of time. Recently got divorced so had some stuff in two different last names but could prove they were both me and they refused documents. But before this, had me submit documents online that had my married and maiden named on them. They accepted them and told me over phone I was approved and made me drive down to sign paperwork and then basically almost an hour of sitting in their office, told me I have to get everything changed to current last name to be approved. If you need a loan, go through somewhere else and avoid this place at all costs!"

"To get a loan it's okay at this place but their customer service skills need to be worked on or less to be desired you don't tell the customer it is their problem because their employees can't make it into work All I said was well it's not my problem is oh yes it is the wrong answer you do not treat a customer and put the onus on them it is on the company not having enough employees there to complete the mission I don't mind rescheduling but I don't need the snide remarks that go along with it"

"If you are second guessing the bad reviews, DON'T! They are extremely accurate. This company is Very predatory, and the customer service is the worse I have ever seen. Don't expect them to ever actually call you, because they won't. If you care about your credit and finances, this is not the place you should do business with."

"Updated: have worked with several pleasant people here to try and resolve ongoing issues. It IS exhausting to communicate with so many people each month for the insurance that you opt to buy when you get your loan in times of financial hardship. They make this very difficult. Many hoops to jump through. I would never pay for this again. I used to really enjoy working with the staff at this branch. I have never once had a late payment or fallen behind. I opted for their insurance through onemainsolutions that is supposed to cover your payment for up to 12 months if you are uninvoluntarily employed, with the stipulation that you make your first payment and have registered for unemployment benefits. It is currently taking 12 weeks to approve a claim and what they won't tell you is that you are responsible for making all the payments until your claim is approved. I would never opt for this insurance again. It has really failed me. I have spent so much time on the phone with the onemain branch who refers me to the onemainsolutions and then they refer me back to onemain. This is becoming extremely frustrating and does not benefit your loyal customers. I am so disappointed."

"Had some good experiences with them, just wished they had someone to answer your questions before you apply for a loan with them. All i needed to know was how many months you have to be with a job to be able to get a loan. But no one was able to answer my questions until i filed for the loan"
