No communication on the switch and we've tried several times to connect with the new rep via email and phone. No followup either. It's been over a year and we chose to stay with Allstate anyways. Now with increased pricing for the renewal and no value with a dedicated rep, we are switching."

"I’m not sure where to begin this …. Paul Lawson started something that has left a mark on me forever . It’s hard to find a good company , let alone good employees ! I found both the day I called Allstate ( Paul Lawson Agency ) I’ve had the pleasure to work with Amber over many years now . Dealing with my home owners insurance to my auto insurance as well as one claim . Through it all I was helped from begin to end , and helped to understand what I didn’t understand . Even when my ace Amber wasn’t there to assist me Jay always came through in a clutch to help me out with what ever questions or problems I may have . Hands down , this has been thee best insurance agency that I’ve had in my life ! The only reason I don’t have them today is because I moved from Colorado . And don’t think I didn’t ask , why can’t I keep my current insurance team ! Paul …. You got something good going , and you’re doing a great job !
