"The property manager, Jessica, was quick to answer any questions! She stays on top of things as they should be done. Buster does a phenomenal job keeping the grounds and halls clean and tidy! Both are very courteous and always have a smile on their faces."
"This place is crawling with cockroaches. The apartment manager, Dwayne, is completely unprofessional. He would come pound on my door until I answered without even trying to call first. They literally come in your apartment whenever they want without notice. I was in the shower and the maintenance guy just came in when I was not given notice that he was coming. Do not move in here! It’s was seriously the worst place I’ve ever lived!"
"Since I moved in here, things have gotten taken care of. I keep my apartment clean, and they always compliment it. If you had a bad experience, that means you were a bad tenant."
"This place will take your money for an application and never get back to you to let you know whether or not you've been approved. It took me calling the company that runs the background checks to find out I was approved but by this time the apartment was no longer available."
