"I didn't have the negative experience described by others. My son and I arrived 5 minutes before opening without scheduling an appointment, and there was already a line of 5-6 people. The lab opened promptly, and it took about 10 minutes until our turn to check-in. Afterward, we waited for approximately 30 minutes. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. I can't say anything negative about the visit."

"Located downstairs, around the corner, but there is elevator access, too. Had to make an appointment, since multiple locations were backed up, with a 90+ minute wait, for walk-ins, due to being short staffed. The first available appointment was 2 weeks. Even with an appointment, it took 40 minutes to get my blood drawn. Staff was friendly and stressed out from lack of support which causes most of the delays. Hey, LabCorp, try paying your staff a decent wage, so you don't have high turnover and or absenteeism? It'll make you more money, when your employees are happier."

"I always come to this location for bloodwork and everyone who works here is always so nice! Even though it is always super busy (I can only imagine they are stressed working in such a fast paced environment) they are so friendly! I made an appointment and was able to check in while sitting in my car which was so convenient! Then they texted me about 5 min later saying they were ready for me! Definitely make an appointment because the walk in line is always long. The people who work here are as quick and efficient as possible but they just get such a huge amount of traffic. Making an appointment and checking in to your appointment in the car is key!!"

"Very unprofessional. Called prior to an appointment about a week early to verify if the location does a certain test, in which she had me on hold for over 20 minutes. When I was finally able to get through, she verified that they do and I asked if I needed anything prior from a doctor or anything TWICE. She said nope, I’m good for my appointment. Once I arrived, I was greeted with a condescending reception that stated “that’s not how that works” and when I reiterated I just called to ask about this, she just shrugged. I felt, especially for other health care professionals, was very disappointing."

"I had a scheduled appointment made about a month in advance and arrived early just in case I could get in early. The self check process is fantastic (no wait), then only waited 5 minutes to get checked in at the front desk, and within 15 minutes was called into a room. There must have been 18 people in and around the waiting area ahead of me, so making an appointment helps tremendously. I had Ana who did a 5 Star incredible job painlessly filling 7 various vials and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This location has more rooms and Phlebotomists on staff then any other location and I have had nothing less than a 5 Star experience every time. I would recommend this location to my friends and family every time. Thank you Ana!!!"
