"Overall it has been a great experience with our newborn here at Littleton Pediatric. The doctor is great and the front office seems to be totally fine despite all these other reviews. Highly recommend this place!"

"We have been at this practice for 12 years. While we love Dr Gin, the way this office is managed endangers patients and is not in compliance with current health care standards. Because they still use paper records, dangerous life and death mistakes happen. Last week they nearly killed my 8 year old by prescribing a drug know to be an allergy when grandma took him to an appointment, even though she and he told the doctor multiple times he has drug allergies and to please confirm that they’re not prescribing what he has an allergy to, they did anyway. Because their systems are a mess. Then grandma filled it at the closest pharmacy where his allergies were not on file, and gave him the penicillin he is allergic to. Upon contacting the office, they agree their practices of using paper cause issues, but the head doctor said the rest of the doctors out voted him about switching to electronic records so they are committed to staying paper-based, which leads to issues like this. On a privacy front - they also make you announce your home address to the entire waiting room every time you arrive, violating HIPPA and creating an unnecessary safety risk for patients. Literally every person in the waiting room hears everyone’s home address announced. Federal government created different healthcare acts to establish electronic medical records as standard practice because without them, patients can be gravely injured and die. This practice does not take that seriously enough. Please consider that heavily before trusting them with the life of your child. And if you are established with this practice, please apply pressure to their leadership to update their practices so more children in our community do not experience life and death risk at the hands of their pediatrician."

"The front desk staff is horrible. They failed to put our appointment in, did not apologize, and made us sit with our sick baby for 30 minutes in the waiting room. The error was never corrected and we had to go home without care. Thankfully another pediatrician is going to see us tomorrow."

"First of all, we LOVE Dr. Snelling. I would definitely give her 5 stars. She has been great for my teenage, now young adult son. Front office staff is a little disappointing. Seems like whoever hired them doesn't seem to think that professional appearance matters. Front office staff are the face of the office, the first encounter. These girls seem barely 20 y.o. and one girl was wearing a beanie hat, multiple piercings and tattoos. I guess professionalism has gone out the door."

"We have been coming to this office for 8 years. We see Dr Snelling for the kids regular visits but we have seen several other Drs (including Gin & kyriazi) for last minute appointments for colds, broken bones, ear infections, etc. Sometimes we do have to wait a long time (like most medical offices) and other times we get right in. While it can be frustrating to wait, I know that we have had to wait due to an emergency with a child that needed an ambulance one time. I am happy to wait so a child can receive the help it needs. I would hope for the same if it were my child. The front desk has always been helpful. We love this office and the Dr’s. We even moved across town for 4.5 years and still made the drive all the way to see Dr. Snelling. We appreciate all you do for our family!"
