"Never in my life have I felt more attacked from the jump in a medical office. I walked in as per their instructions 30 minutes early to fill out new patient paper work to which I was met with hostility saying I can't check in until my appointment time. When I explained that I had to fill out the paperwork I was waved off. When I went back for my appointment the doctor I saw had absolutely 0 bedside manners and was hostile about having cavities and made snide remarks about my flossing habits. I am so disappointed by this place because both my mom and sister went there earlier this month and had no issues. Was it my college jacket? The fact that I am openly gender nonconforming? I have no idea. I have never left a medical office in tears because of how I was treated before. In a town full of dental offices this behavior is completely out of line and I will not be back."

"I have been coming to see Dr. Crandall for around 5 years now and he's a good dentist. I always have enjoyed coming in to see him. He's a kind doc. Good bedside manner. Very calming to talk to. The dental assistants are sweethearts too. I've seen many of them in the 5 years I've been seeing him. I'm thankful for comfort dental. I've been a patient of comfort dental for over 15 years. I'm completely satisfied. They have always treated me kindly and with respect. Thank you guys!"

"Normally I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but I had to get some work done. I chose this location . Well because of the name 'comfort'. And I am so glad I did because everyone has treated me with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. From checking in with Emeril, to the dentist tech, Cody..to the Dentist himself, Dr. Cordner. I definitely recommend"

"The dental exam was quick and easy. I do have a complaint about one of their policies though. I purchased a night guard. I had to make an appointment to pick it up. We had a storm overnight and roads were super icy, and my appointment was at 8:30 am. I called at 7:30 am the soonest I could, to let them know I would like to reschedule rather than come in on the roads. I was told “okay, but are aware we have a $50 charge for canceling on the same day?” I came in to Durango on icy roads to avoid the charge. The entire appointment took less than two minutes to put the night guard in and see if it fit. I don’t think this type of appointment should be counted as the same thing as a regular appointment. I already paid for my night guards."

"These guys are amazing! I went in to this office in some pretty bad shape. They immediately took care of the pain and then carefully laid out a plan that fit my schedule. Three root canals, 3 crowns, a couple of fillings, and 1 cleaning later and I feel great once again. Thank you to Dr. Decker, many dental assistants, and the ladies up front for all the hard work. You all are amazing! Saltwater taffy, caramels, and sodas are all back part of the daily diet. Only kidding. Keep up the great work! Note: After several visits over two months I only heard good things, while in the waiting area, about the other practicing dentists in this office as well."
