"Good holistic dentist, kind, respectful, relaxed atmosphere. Dr Streitzel is genuinely caring and considerate, very knowledgeable about many details that most dentists do not share, and takes the time to explain and listen to my concerns. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is it is hard to get in touch with them during the limited time they are open, and mainly because there is a lack of follow through whenever I've left messages or email. This has happened at least a few times since I started coming in 2020. Recently I called a day after my visit, requesting a treatment plan and filling materials used. No response after one week. I called again and there was no acknowledgment when I mention this. One unfriendly person answering the phone can make a big difference. The same has happened when I've requested info by email. This has caused me to consider going elsewhere. A courteous, kind and professional front office person is equally as important as a good dentist. All the other staff are wonderful."
