“I went to the printing counter last night around 7pm and there was only one person doing all the printing and serving (I think her name was Alex) being less than a week before Christmas I thought that was crazy and she was clearly under a lot of pressure. However, even though Alex was busy and jumping between 2 sometimes 3 different customers whilst also doing printing, she still had exceptional customer service and was patient and poised with all that needed assisting- including myself.
