Not only was Scotty personally willing to assist me and set me up with this unusual request, but he personally coordinated getting the battery to me to make this epic trip seamless and smooth. I was touched by Scotty's trust in me (someone he never met) for the rental of such an expensive piece of equipment. Even though Scotty must have been crazy busy during the New Years rush, he personally saw to it that all arrangements were made. Such genuinely kind and trusting service is a rarity these days.
