Reasonably priced with most of products that you will need. Good customer service at the check outs and reasonably easy to find assistance if you need help. This supermarket is an ok place to get what you need. Nothing brilliant stands out about this Countdown apart from it's a quite new building, so it is has a very good layout inside and outside.”

“I went to the printing counter last night around 7pm and there was only one person doing all the printing and serving (I think her name was Alex) being less than a week before Christmas I thought that was crazy and she was clearly under a lot of pressure. However, even though Alex was busy and jumping between 2 sometimes 3 different customers whilst also doing printing, she still had exceptional customer service and was patient and poised with all that needed assisting- including myself. Being a Manager myself in retail I know how stressful this time of year can be and I was blown away by her service. Absolute star.”

We have tried several other meal providers in the past, but he really enjoys Fresh Chef and often comments on how nice his meals are now. There is a really good variety of meals available too. Sometimes we also order for ourselves as a treat to have on hand in the freezer.”
