“After a quick phone call the lady in the booking office was able to supply me with exactly the type of car I needed. It was a really nice Mondeo estate car with plenty of room for the friends I had to pick up and their large suitcases. Picking up the car quick and easy just had to supply my licence and a utility bill as proof of identity. The lady in the booking office and myself then checked the car over for any damage before the car was handed over to me. The whole transaction was done in less than 24 hrs. The prices are very reasonable and they work on a 24hr leasing system, this meant that I was able to pick up the car at 10am Thursday but didn't have to return it until 10am Saturday. Drop off was just as easy just had the car checked over and signed to say I had returned it in good condition. Excellent company to deal with!”

“Had the displeasure of meeting one of the drivers this morning. KCS 53 Articulated truck. Flashed and gesticulated at me as we approached road works just outside Barry. I went to ask what the problem was and he berated me for slowing down too early before the traffic lights which had literally JUST turned red. I pointed out that he needed to be more aware of his surroundings when driving as he had pulled out in front of me as he joined the main road from Aberthaw causing me to slow to a crawl as he slowly gathered speed. Thank you driver, you have just reinforced my belief that the majority of KCS Artic drivers should not hold their licence, they have little if any regard for other road users, speed limits or laws relatiing to the use of mobile phones whilst driving.”
