Carmen is punctual, transports dogs safely, dries them when wet before returning them, cleans them if dirty, and above all she cares for them properly so you as an owner have full confidence that your pet’s in safe hands. My dog doesn’t get on with all other dogs but Carmen’s made sure that he is part of a group that he’s happy to be with. I can see from his reactions when she collects him that he adores her and he very quickly learned the phrase “Carmen’s coming!”. Highly recommended.”
