Youth educational opportunities in Eureka, California

The Eureka Theater, located at 612 F Street in Eureka, California, is a cultural institution dedicated to educating the public in film, theater, music, and other art forms. The historic facility is maintained for instruction, public performances, displays, exhibits, and events. Currently, the theater has several projects in progress, including repairing auditorium walls and ceilings, restoring murals, refurbishing 800 theater seats, and reopening the balcony. Thanks to a loan from the Humboldt Area Foundation and Redwood Region Economic Development Commission, many of these projects have been completed.

Teens can explore their passions, develop critical skills, and build lasting friendships through activities like SMART Moves, Triple Play, Girl Space, Art Club, and many more.
