"Staff seemed to be doing their job. Overall experience was very unprofessional. I got Dr. Newman and he really took his time and made offensive remarks and a totally inappropriate joke during the hernia test portion. I arrived nearly half an hour early and they had me unnecessarily waiting for 2 hours and a half. This was a big waste of time & horrible service! I went for my physical and other simple tests that did not end up taking more than half an hour. The hearing test they had me do in a sound- proof room but I could hear the office heater put on in full blast so this was a horrible test environment!! Overall, these simple tests ended up wasting most of my day! I would avoid this place entirely if I were to choose again."

"Receptionist was great and helpful. I gave one star because Dr. Newman was unprofessional and sarcastic related to my injury and made assumptions and comparisons that had nothing to do with my problem. I understand doctors work for the companies, but please be professional and respectful."

"Employer for a local maritime company with 72 employees under me. I've noticed a serious downslide in customer service over the past year with this company to the point in which we had to find another clinic entirely. messing up appointments. scheduled appointments for simple tasks taking upwards of 4 hrs. When i confronted them on mistakes they made in service the manager told me "we don't make mistakes" and trying to blame my employees on multiple occasions for not bringing the required material even though I handed it to them in a kit. Most recently they failed a employee physical and referred that he see a specialist and return. mind you the employee was not made aware of his failure until the next day after the physicals were performed and we were contacted stating he passed. upon seeing a specialist and they stated that there was no reason for failure and that he passed that portion perfectly. My company now had to pay for him to see a specialist loss of training loss of production for reasons I cannot understand. terrible record keeping terrible performance and terrible customer service."
