"MELANIE was very patient with my 4 year old and her wiggling tongue when taking her Xrays Anahy was pleasant and kind Reddy- When I was in the waiting he entered the office with a big smile. He seems truly happy to help the kids. He was thorough with showing me her xrays. Great team !!"
"I went in for an appointment with my son that was scheduled for Monday, I walk in for the receptionist Briana to tell me that I have no appointment even though I had proof of appointment that was sent to my phone, she tells me that it was most likely the call center. As I tell her that I left work for this appointment so if there’s something they can do to accommodate me in the schedule. She begins to tell me no, repeats here self x3 that’s unfortunately she’s sorry they always have problems with there call center” again how is that my problem. She said that she’s unsure if they could see my son for treatment. I was already upset another coworker name Mara was so kind to ask the provider if they could see me or if someone doesn’t show they could take me in I agreed. If it wasn’t for Maria trying to accommodate me I wouldn’t of been seen but the girl Briana was so rude didn’t even try to help me accommodate my son for there call center mistake I also asked for the manager information and Briana said she’s in a meeting I asked is there a card with her info I can get and she ignored me once again, very rude. Maria deserves recognition for striving of excellent customer service super friendly will come back again!"
"After a bad dental encounter, my son was afraid to visit the dentist again. Upon our arrival, Alondra, a dental assistant, checked on him to ensure he felt comfortable and gave him reassurance that all would be OK. My baby smiled and laughed because of her. He even said that the next time we go, he wants to see Alondra again! What a fantastic woman! I really appreciate it ❤️"
