"I went to cut my hair here today with Rosalba and came home disappointed and crying. I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted it was just layers and I also asked for a small trim and I came out with basically a mullet and half my hair cut off. I was so mad but decided not to say anything and went home in tears. I do NOT recommend"
