"We came back today after a good experience back in December and today was the complete opposite. I made an appointment two days ago for two dip manicure and had spoken to the guy that was apparently the managers son. He was very unprofessional in pajamas and told the ladies that were doing our nails that it was booked as two regular manicures. When I informed them that I had it booked out as dip manicures when I called, I was told that they could not accommodate two dip manicures at this time and that we can come back later. I told them no, and just settled for a gel manicure. Nobody apologized for the mix up. Not even the boy that I booked the appointment with over the phone. He also didn’t ever clarify with me the situation, instead he made one of the other nail techs, Elaine, to tell me all of this. As for my manicure, the girl that did my nails gave both my hands an alcohol wash. She literally drenched my hands in alcohol. And when the manicure was done, drenched my hand in cuticle oil. My sister ended up having a new nail tech who did not know how to remove dip/gel nails and took about an hour which then another nail tech took over to complete her manicure. The overall experience was horrible from start to finish."

"I’ve been going here for the past year and I absolutely love getting my nails done by Chloe! She’s amazing at what she does but today I came in and Chloe was not there today so I asked the lady that attended me if she was able to do a design I showed her and she said yes so I was happy. As she’s doing the design she’s rushing and spreading the nail polish everywhere. She shows me the design and it looks nothing like the inspo pic. I politely tell her no it’s okay, we can do a simply red French tip instead and she said okay. As she’s doing them she’s rushing these as well and instead of fence tips they’re looking like V’s and I show her a picture of how I would like them more like a U and she does them and continues to spread the red nail polish on the sides of my fingers because she is rushing. I started getting upset because I’ve been a very loyal customer to retreat salon but after today it was enough for me to change salons. The French tips look chunky and not at all what I showed her the second time . I love to do my nails and love to show them off but this set really did disappoint me."

"I honestly have never had a better experience at a nail salon! I used to get acrylic sets all the time. I saw that this salon did Gel X nails so I gave it a try. I never went back to acrylics ever again. The retention is amazing and there’s no painful lifting and they don’t look thick and bulky. The set pictured below was from a month and two weeks. Also, the vibe is so quiet and relaxing and they really pamper clients with complimentary water/tea. Great hidden gem!"
