Damage Waiver Information: Protect yourself against unforeseen costs with our Damage Waiver (CDW), which reduces your financial responsibility in case of damage to the vehicle. Super Damage Waiver (SCDW) is also available to further reduce your excess to zero.

"Absolutely horrible. I paid for the prepaid gas on return and they refused to honor it. When I asked the clerk about it, basically asking him to look into it he just said “well I already closed this out, here’s the keys the gas station is down the road”. They also said if I brought the vehicle back a day earlier there would be a discount on the price which they refused to uphold. There are far better rental companies out there, I’ve never had this issue with Enterprise or Alamo"

"Extremely friendly and caring staff. Very helpful and kind. All was very clean . Smooth ride. The last time I dropped off at LAX , the staff was very rude, didn't speak to me and threw my receipt on my windshield and walked away. THIS TIME, the staff was so kind, friendly and very nice. Even noticed I had been charged for gas in error and refunded me on the spot. Shuttle driver was very cool too. The only reason this isnt a 5 star is because of the cost. Otherwise EXCELLENT SERVICE"
