"Mostly E-Bikes had the only remaining Surly model on the planet in the size and gray color I wanted. Staff member George answered numerous pre-purchase emails and based on his helpful replies and on the online reviews of the store I bought the bike. The price was reasonable and the shipping charge was very reasonable considering the east coast destination of the delivery. There was an initial issue with tire sizes but that issue resolved itself, I'm happy with the bike and have enjoyed the heck out of riding it. My experience with Mostly E-Bikes was one hundred percent 5-Star positive. Thank you."

"My husband and I purchased an Electra townie today from George and I am so in love with it! I've wanted a townie for years and mostly e-bikes is the only one in the area that has them! George is super knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had. He showed us how to work everything really simply, gave us maintenance tips, installed some add ons like lights, a front pouch and even gifted us an emergency air kit for the tire. He was so patient with us! Excellent customer service and I got the exact bike that I wanted for a great price! We visited a few other shops in Oceanside & Carlsbad and mostly E-bikes in my opinion is the best one. They have high quality bikes at really fair prices and they are friendly, knowledgeable and most of all patient and kind and will actually help you. These are people that truly love to ride and want to see more people getting out there cycling because they know how much fun & how therapeutic it can be. Thanks so much George!!!!"
