"Before they have a good attention. But now, the doctors don't want to help you, or give you good advice. Also the appointments are so far, you need to wait 2 months in each appointment. But in Urgent Care (H St. and 3rth Ave. ) are more responsible and the attention is good."

"This clinic lacks customer service! People that are in front to register you never have the curtesy to welcome patients and sometimes seem bother to answer any questions and make you feel like you are wasting there time. I have only praisses for the persons that are inside taking your vitals and responding to all concearns and needs. My husbands doctor is Dr. Swartz and he is the best doctor. His attention to detail and his professionalism is extraordinary. This is the main reason that I put up with this rude and uncaring persons at the registration desk."

"My mother was in to get results of test... 2.5hrs later they couldn't figure out her alement and requested more scans. Couldn't they tell her that over the phone and just referred her to the scan place? No because then they can't bill medical Medicare for a visit. My mom is in a lot of pain to have her sitting around for 2+hrs. Only gave it 2 stars cause the nice lady offered us water on this hot day."

"The goverment should review this place they sell medication to their patients only if they have medical not any other insutance and they send loads of them to their patients when they not even request them. Most of them end up trown to trash. They are stealing from us government and our peoples taxes. They should close thisplace or give them a fine."
