"Amazing diverse Mexican cuisine. Everyone can find something for him/herself. The food is fresh, full of flavor, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend Tacos Tu Mądre and I will definitely come back!!! They also have a lot of choice for vegans!"

"I've been coming here consistently for the last six years, it used to be my favorite spot in LA. However, since the change in ownership over the last couple of years, I've seen a drastic decline in both service and quality and after tonight's order, I've finally had enough. The quality of the ingredients and overall taste has gone way downhill, even the salsas no longer taste as good. Speaking of salsa, they used to include 1 of each salsa with every order, now it often only includes the Chipotle mayo and no salsa. They've started to include chips with every order, but they're nothing special and a shame to not be paired with salsa. Over the last six months my orders have consistently arrived cold, sloppily put together, missing/wrong items, or all together wrong. I even found a piece of blue plastic in one of my burritos a couple of months ago, which was disgusting. The final nail in the coffin was tonight, when I discovered the burritos are now nearly HALF the size as they used to be despite only a $2 price reduction. Another issue I have is that they've removed all pork items from the menu, which according to the staff was due to the new owner's religious affiliation. It's a shame because the bacon used to make for an INCREDIBLE breakfast burrito. At this rate, I suspect Tu Madre will soon be yet another victim to greed in post-pandemic Los Angeles, which is such a shame."

"This was my go to taco place but today (friday evening) I ordered 10 tacos and appetisers for pick up. The order was a disaster. Only 7 tacos with missed toppings and appetisers. I usually go there for quick lunches and the food is good. but im not going anymore because this was the third time I had my order mixed up or short. Basically for the last three orders I have been paying for food I did not receive"

"For 3 tacos, it was around $6.80. Basically $2 per street taco. The rotisserie chicken one was good, like 8/10, the kbbq one was far too salty and I couldn’t eat the meat, 4/10. Overall for the price, it’s not a bad deal. The saltiness definitely needs tweaking."
