"SAUNA UNDERRATED: THE HEAT IS ON I'm so glad I got my Supersport membership long ago at prices I'll dare not share. You'll get hot. Like this sauna. 1.  The temperature is even.  If you're standing, sitting low or sitting high. I liked that the L shaped layout allowed for more space of folks without feeling crammed. 2.  Co-gender 3.  No one wears a swimsuit 4.  Sauna Therapy is better than masseuse therapy (but you need minimum 20 minutes) 5.  When the door opens and shuts fuhgeddaboudit brisk cool air reprieve. It's hot. 6.  Sauna therapy physiological benefits extend up to 72 hours with one session 7.  I'm so annoyed that my Google Pixel 7 pro never works in the sauna it always warns it gets too hot. Never with an apple phone. Applers are having a good ol' time in the sauna. 8.  Instead of being tuned to YouTube, be tuned to your body 9.  Swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna, barbells, platforms-- this gym is happening. "I use the gym 6 days per week, early morning and have for several years. It suits my needs, but it does need help, or proper supervision. Restroom often needs help. Never see the janitor anymore. Lots of complaints by members. Pool problems take excessive time to cure. A machine is defective and has not been repaired: some years ago I bled from a sharp, exposed metal piece where the insulation has chipped off. I alerted mgm. Be careful, I was told. Days ago, I was not careful enough. Bleeding again. I was told to be careful. If there were another gym, I would be use it."

"Wasn't enough all the issues with cleanliness, now they got to leave the music to the a volume/tone that's like a cheap cell phone tearing your eardrums in pieces. Plain torture for those who don't like to work out with headphones on. Also a pity since the music selection is top notch but now one just hears scratches instead of music."

"To whom it may concern, I think this is the fastest a gym has potentially had a customer and lost them. Signed up on your website @ 07:17 and @08:10 said "nope, not gonna do it". I signed up on your website for your 3 day free trial as there's a new location that opened right near my house. The instructions say to go into any of your locations and give the front desk clerk a user specific code, or just type it into the kiosk. However as I arrived at your new location in Irvine, off Jamboree road, I was informed (by Justin) that they don't honor the 3 day trail pass (even though I selected THAT specific location on your website). Justin said I could try to type my code into the kiosk, but it's not gonna work. He explained to me that I could sign up and they'll charge me one dollar, try it out, if I don't like it they'll refund my dollar etc......(sounds like a lot of work for the customer to just try your gym vs a 3 day trial pass). From a customer standpoint this is a red flag from the get go and I will not be returning. As I spoke to others at my gym in the sauna, many others commented that your facilities have gone down hill with the cleanliness. Do what will with this info, 24 hour USED to be my favorite gym back in the day, but I see it hasn't improved nor has your reputation."

"This is the gym I go to at lunch time near my office. It’s not my favorite 24 hr. This gym has a lot of cardio machines, however it takes a long time for any broken machines to be fixed. That’s a major potential hazard especially for machines like the stair master. The weights section is well equipped. It gets very busy here at lunchtime. I did a spin class here once, the room isn’t conducive to a good zone for spin."
