"I was confirmed by the office that my insurance was accepted when it apparently was not. Got billed $550 for a cleaning. I've had a very challenging time with communication between the office and billing department, getting the run around from each. I leave messages and it takes days to respond. Then they respond and tell me to call the office. Then the office tells me the call billing. I call and leave a message, takes a week to get a response. Then they charge me late fees when I've been trying to settle my bill for rmonths but can hardly communicate with anyone."

"I am sharing my experience visiting Embarcadero Dentistry! I am thankful for Dr. Shweta Prabhakar! She is extremely knowledgeable and very caring! She takes time to listen and understand your queries and recommend the right treatment options too! I go in for a routine dental care - every six months for optimal healthy teeth and gums...her staff at hand are very professional and caring! I also went in for treating Severe bruxism and clenching with Botox to minimize oral facial pain and prevent wear of teeth! I used to grind my teeth and wake up with headaches. At first I was apprehensive but her thougtful explanation put my mind to rest and I am glad I got the procedure done!! I highly recommend Dr. Prabhakar for all things dental...she is an absolute gem!!"
