"I think this organization must be struggling. I have experienced multiple errors, disorganization and pressure to schedule additional procedures in my visits there. The last straw was coming in to have a crown done and they were prepping the wrong tooth. It was supposed to be for bottom left molar and they wanted to put a crown on the top right. My normal dentist, Dr Terri wasn’t even there and the substitute didn’t have any information. The tooth that needs the work has had a problem for a while and I’ve been asking to have it tended to each time I come in. Instead each time I was told I needed multiple other crowns & cleanings and I would need to schedule all kinds of other work. My frustration is I have decent teeth and take care of them and it was shocking to hear I needed thousands of dollars of work done when in the end they didn’t even attend to the tooth I came in for in the first place! I kept returning because I didn’t want the hassle of switching dentists, but it was becoming such a hassle to have to keep fending off the multiple requests to schedule all the extraneous procedure requests and ask to have them please just focus on my problem tooth. The straw that broke the camel’s back is the substitute dentist said I now need that tooth removed…the very same one they were about to NOT work on again!!! To add insult to injury it has been cumbersome to retrieve my records so that the new dentist can finally repair my actual bad tooth once and for all!"
