"I just bought a pair of Nike running shoes, YESTERDAY!!! I opened the box last night cause I was happy about the purchase . To my horror I noticed the insoles were missing. The matching Nike insoles were gone and only white fuzzy insole material which should be under the insole were there. I took pictures immediately!!!! Was so bummed And mad. I also don’t know why the girl at the counter did not notice this ( or worse). At the marina location they were meticulous at checkout. Checking sizes , making sure both shoes matched etc. I just wanted to cry. There was a Nike sale so I got these at a good price. I choose to call the Nike store which is nearby my home to see if they sold any insoles or matching insoles for this shoe . ( this store is closer to me than the new DSW store). And I liked the shoe. I explained everything to them and that I bought shoe at DSW. They told me they don’t sell any insoles but they will price match that sneaker. Even at the sale price from DSW. To make matters worse DSW at the new Venice location doesn’t have a working phone number. . I’ve called this morning several times and got the old marina voice menu. I am so MAD. Why hadn’t I noticed it at dsw ?? I don’t know. The insoles ( minusNike insoles) are white/ivory like most the shoe. But the checkout girl really should’ve seen this! I am still trying to call DSW trying to resolve this. Can’t get anyone in phone. I am so mad I don’t want to trek all the way down there. The marina location much easier. Will update this review Cr"

"They close before their closing time. I came here on my birthday during open hours and the doors were already locked. I knew the exact shoes and size I needed as I had already taken pictures last time I visited DSW before they moved locations. Disappointing first experience at this location. Hopefully this policy changes. We weren’t the only customers surprised that their doors were locked before 8 pm."

"Wow DSW has a new location. They moved from Marina Del Rey to Venice. Parking is tight but the deals are still here. I found some great deals and some really cute shoes. They were have a raffle every 30 minutes to celebrate their new home. Same great prices and friendly staff in a new location. This location is smaller than the other location."
