"Rude and cagey about not offering returns, beware"

"It’s a real shame because the clothes they stock are awesome. I was shopping by myself for my upcoming birthday so I had a LOT of clothes I was trying on. But when an establishment has a clothing limit rule for the changing room you should make sure your 6+employees who are helping know what they’re doing. Multiple times I had to tell different staff that they were taking away clothes I hadn’t tried on yet. At one point they got my stuff mixed up with another girls clothes in the dressing room. When I was ready to check out and I thought they were putting my “yes” section up at the front, I was missing like 3 different articles of clothing. You guys could have made easily over $500 but because you have workers who don’t pay attention or just have a bad attitude it made me take my business elsewhere. What a shame"

"Just visited LA. Found some great stuff here that was really affordable. Including a sexy/classy dress for my holiday party for only $70. I also found a pair of jeans that are the MOST comfy pants. The sales girls were all really nice and helpful."

"Wowww, the worst customer service ever, I purchased an XS dress from Love and Lemons and asked the sales associate what’s the return policy because I was hoping to find XXS online and I did, when my friend went to return the dress for me they said that they don’t provide refunds ( while their sale associate misinformed me that I can return it during 7 days) and then they said that the dress was worn, wowwww! So unprofessional, I really have no words how to describe this situation, seriously the store is a joke and a complete fraud!"

"Read this before you shop here! I was on a trip to LA when my wife saw a large art piece (dream catcher) that she thought would be a great addition to our daughter's room. Several months later I called Principessa to arrange for purchase. The product was packaged and shipped across the country to me on the east coast at a cost of over $1200. However after receiving the piece I was mortified at the condition in which it arrived. Portions physically broke off in my hand, beads had fallen off, and feathers and leather lace were destroyed and/or missing entirely. I couldn't even hang it without causing further damage. I emailed my contact and called the store and was fed some "explanation" which hid behind this being a vintage piece. As an art collector I recognize that aspect but just because its a period piece doesn't mean it should be allowed to arrive in awful condition. Especially at that cost. As a result I requested a return of the item, but they wouldn't accept. They claimed I took too long to ask and that all sales were final. Note two important things: (1.) I bought it well in advance of Christmas and traveled to my parents for the holiday, so the gift was hidden away and not given until after the new year - so I noted the issues to them as soon as possible (2.) At no point in time during ANY of my emails, or ANY of my calls did they even once mention that all sales were final. Not a single time. I think they had an aged art piece that they kept baking in the window in the California sun so long that it became fragile well beyond expectation. And they finally sound someone to buy it (purchased several months after I first saw it) even at the very high retail price so they weren't going to take it back into inventory. As a customer there was nothing I can do so I am posting my experience here so other consumers can be forewarned. Photos attached."
