"Came in for my appointment window and they refused to install my tires. Acted incredibly hostile, refused to explain or reschedule. Horrible experience, complete waste of time. To make things worse, when I called customer service to deal with this I was told just to wait and the order would auto cancel and refund. Instead the order got marked as picked up, presumably by an employee. Took tons of time to get my money back."
"Walmart is not supposed to be "top-tier". We all know this. Being understaffed is not the customer's fault either. We don't deserve to spend hundreds of dollars to get attitude for services we paid for. Especially after being told the wait time would be an hour and they hadn't even started an hour in. 2 hours now for a tire change and they're still not done. Ridiculous."
"Horrible Service, Auto center damages your vehicle, You purchase lifetime Balance / Rotation and road hazard damage protection and spend money on all of this to get no help. Can’t even get scheduled for a simple tire rotation, first and last time I will ever go to auto center at Walmart. AVOID it at all costs, go to a tire shop elsewhere."
"Terrible experience. This place is a catastrophe. I paid for tires over a month ago and at that time they couldn't schedule my installation because " the system was down", so I called back every other day until finally a month later they were able to schedule me. I go to my appointment and they DONT HAVE MY TIRES IN. Wasting my time. I would recommend this place at all. Spend the extra money and save yourself the headache."
