"Probably would have given a higher rating if it weren't for this.... I found a recall notice for my truck so made an appointment for 9am the following Monday morning. Got there on time however it was close to 30 minutes wait before I was all checked in and was told they would call me that afternoon when I could pick it up. At about 1pm got a call from the service dept saying that even though I had missed my appointment that morning they could probably fit me in today or what do I have next available. I informed them that I had not missed the appointment and that the truck was supposed to be with them there. His response was "uh oh uh I'll call you back! And just like that he hung up. They did figure out where it was and aledegally the part on the recall was replaced and they even sent a lyft to pick me up so I could get my truck back to. Which was great that I didn't have to inconvenience any friends or family to take off work and help me pick up my truck. I felt that everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Just slightly unorganized I feel."
