"Needed a charger for my fitbit current model. They don't have it. But offered to order it and have it delivered in 4 days foe $20. I ordered it for $13 from Amazon same day delivery. Best Buy is doomed. This the norm not the exception. I want to support brick and mortar business but they need to support their customers. Best Buy seems to have given up."

"The worst customer service you can't get through on the phone and when you do they tell you something different than when you get to the store. I ordered a phone delivered it to the store I called up they said they could come pick it up within an hour or two I get there and they said the person on the phone doesn't know what they're talking about. I drove 45 minutes to get there. They said the phone cannot be released until the 31st of the month all my friends got the same phone the day before mail to their house. They are full of lies I have three phones shipped there I just canceled them and will buy Direct and ship it to my house and not give Best Buy the businesses will definitely never shop there again s"
