"Been in this rentals for less than 2 months, guest bathroom sink still leaks after 4 attempts to tighten the knobs, was told it needs to be replaced. Was told someone would come set up the front sprinklers on a timer, still waiting. Have had 2 different gardners come every Monday (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) to do the backyard (it's barely enough grass for 1) and one of the gardner's said they haven't been paid in 2 months. And let's not talk about the ant problem that we walked into and had to take care of ourselves. Yeah, communication sucks."
