"Had a nail in a safe spot in my tire and got sent away on TWO separate occasions because they were "too busy". I was perfectly willing to wait. Why be a paying member to a glorified Walmart? Absolute laziest customer service. Went to Costco instead and while they were busy, they didn't fuss one bit."
