"First of what I'm sure will be at least 2 visits as a new customer they were a bit busy during thanks giving holiday but I was very pleased and encouraged with this initial first experience had airmatic struts/shocks and fuel pump replacement. Broke an already broke person but great work and treated me like an actual valued customer and really that's all I can ask for."

"You wrote a review for TK Auto Body 2 hours ago 1.0 star rating11/27/2023 These people are scammers. I visited TK Auto Body for a simple oil change but was surprised when they told me that I had a nail in one of my tires and that they patched it. This was performed without my consent, and I was charged for this unrequested service. The lack of transparency behind this practice is both unacceptable and possibly illegal. Upselling is expected, but forced selling is an exploitative notion. I believe the man in charge was Mr. Liu. Additionally: - Pricing: The labor cost was $35 for an oil change and an additional $35 for the tire patch. Doubled their profit. - Punctuality: I had to wait on them because they exceeded the quoted timeframe. - Laziness: They did not even turn off my vehicle's oil change light, which I expected to be standard protocol. You would think if they had time to inspect my tires they would have time to deal with something actually relevant. Maybe I should be grateful that they didn't charge me for that one. The quality of their work is not an issue, but the ethics behind their business need serious reformation."
