"Website says they offer battery installation. I call to confirm. Drive over and go to pay and ask them if they need to inspect anything before install. Employee says they won’t do install. I cancel the purchase of the battery and leave. Employee runs out to tell me he can do it for some cash on the side….. scummy place. Won’t be returning"
"Two guys that work there, rude as can be. My mom had an issue with an item she bought and whoever rang up her order didn't put in her number so no trace of a transaction. Anyway, they all but called her an outright liar. No time for people like that, can ruin the reputation of a store. Will travel further for better service!!"

"Hi. I would like to report that one of your worker I believe his name is Daniel Palmer has been mistreating one of the customers. This customer is a friend of mine. And He wasn’t helpful to me and my friend. He was using his phone and has been eating on the job. He’s not a good manager at all. We try to inform him of the problem but he brush us off like it’s not a big deal. I would recommend this a 10/10 for some workers who were nice to us. But that’s it."
