"I don't know if management changed or corporate policy but the last couple of times I've ordered from this location they've given me about half of the food I used to get. I got a carne asada bowl with double meat, the asada was well done and tough, I only got one serving of meat instead of the two I ordered, and the bowl only had about 1/4 a serving of beans. For $20 I expect a lot more food. This just felt like a ripoff."
"I like the food and prices. I hate that they are always cleaning up for closing around me as we are eating, including sweeping! This is almost 2 hours before closing time, everyday!"
"This place is usually very friendly, but today was pretty horrible. My host was Catherine, and Catherine was incredibly rude. Yelling at me, saying things like “Go stand over there”, trying to charge me for things I didn’t order. Not sure why I was met with this energy, made me feel very uncomfortable and unlikely to come back. Again most of the employees there are usually nice, so I’m not sure what happened here"
"I came here at exactly 12pm and there were no other customers in the store yet the parking lot is packed. But I'm so glad the food is still fresh and not just sitting around. They give good portions and service is great. It might just be my imagination but the sour cream is so creamy. I don't know if it's like that in other Chipotles or if I was especially hungry that day."
