"I visited this Urgent Care with my wife, she needed to see the doctor. I have Sutter Plus insurance. They refused to see her, said I have Sutter Plus and not Sutter Gold. I was disappointed. I called my insurance while standing there, they told the receptionist to please have the doctors see this patient, she is a Sutter member. She denied. Sutter patients account rep. told the receptionist to please have the doctor see the patient and the patients will pay, and forward the payment/invoice to Sutter for reimbursement, this was the advise from the account rep. The receptionist would not do that either. finally I left without seeing the doctor. I have been to this place numerous times and like their service and the doctors are excellent. I am disappointed."
"My wife has visited the clinic twice within two weeks, she was greeted by the friendly staff Blanca and Debbie and Dr Grewal had been very professional in treating her medical problems; we would recommend this clinic to other patients if such need arises!"

"First, I give one star to the doctor and nurse! Doctors and nurses are kind and quick at work! The problem is I can't tell if it's 2 older ladies or grandmothers working at the counter, but their problem is serious! I go to work 10 to 20 minutes later than the hospital visitors every day! Seems to put off work as much as possible and wait for the time to run out! Very rude and insincere than the old DMV staff! As soon as possible, the director of the hospital must treat them or many visitors will continue to visit other hospitals!"
