"Worst Dental clinic. All they care about is minting money from clients by scheduling appointments. Their Dentist is also low grade who points out fault in tooth decay and recommends deep cleaning for young kids to get more money esp if they have good insurance. Since I cancelled all appointments with them due to bad service and low grade money minded dentists, they filled my kids oral assessment in a negative manner for his school admission."

"If I could give negative stars I would. The Dr. and the hygienist are amazing but the office staff and scheduling agents are a joke. I scheduled back to back apts for the same day for my daughter as we were leaving leaving her appointment we had. I then received an email 3 days before her upcoming apts that the times were changed with NO phone call or email to make sure those times worked for us. This isn't the 1st time. I called the office and received little to no help. The gal that booked her 1st apt booked it for 8:30am come to find out that department doesn't even open until 9am so they pushed the apt. I received an apt confirmations for the 2 apts later that day to only receive 2 more emails the next day stating they changed her apt times again. This time hours apart from each other. AGAIN no phone call to confirm these times would work for us. I then proceeded to call several time only to be hung up on both from the office staff and the scheduling agent. 45 minutes later I got ahold of someone. At this point I canceled ALL apts with this office and will no longer be taking my kids there. What a JOKE this place is."

"Came in early and checked-in with my daughter for an appointment hoping to get in, but still had to wait an hour. The hygienist stated that the receptionist was suppose to tell us if dentists were running late and give us the option to reschedule but they did not inform me. Next time just come in exactly your appointment or a little late to get service."

"over all the staff is nice. That being said the front desk personnel need additional training since they can barely do their jobs with scheduling and like to give you a deer in the headlights look if you ask them a question. the Dental hygienist that cleaned my kids barely did anything and was very fast but it was not as detailed as the last dentist we used to go to before they closed down. after she was done we had to wait over 25 minutes for the dentist to come out and examine my kids teeth. the dentist was very nice but my main complaint is how long it took for her to come out. this isn’t our first time with terrible service here but I finally had it when it took over an hour and a half for my two kids to be seen when we had an appointment. I’ll be looking for a better place for my kids. I miss Tracy smiles kids"

"I’m only giving one star because of the dentist who has been amazing to my kids but the customer service and the dental staff supporting her is very disappointing. Last week we showed up to my kid’s appointments and ended up waiting 15 minutes to be called back. When I asked when will we will be called for our appointments the receptionist told me the staff member was on her break but will get us when she returns. Why schedule appointments when staff is on a break? People take time off work to get to appointments. It’s very inconsiderate to make families wait like this considering if we miss an appointment we could be charged $50 but they can take their time seeing patients with no discount for waiting while their staff is on a break. I also needed to cancel an appointment because my daughter got sick, I spent all morning dealing with their call center who was very unhelpful. I ended going online to try to reschedule the appointment myself but apparently the options available “cleaning” or “emergency/urgent” appointments were not the right appointment for my daughter. So the call center called me to reschedule and again I end up on the phone talking with someone wasting more of my time and not rescheduling the appointment. Then there is the constant paperwork issue. I’ve been given referrals and medical release requests that I have to take to my kids doctors office and then return to Kids Care. I should be paid to be a medical secretary for doing all the footwork to get my kids dental care taken care of. This dental office causes more stress for parents because the staff is not trained or capable of providing good customer service."
