"It’s a nice place . However , be aware that the $30 pedicure does not include a full foot massage ( only the top for 2 minutes) and maybe 1-2 swipes of scrubbing the bottom . This isn’t exactly made clear when choosing from the options ."

"I received a manicure, tech didn't attempt to talk to me at all during my service. Made my way to the front desk. I told them I didn't have cash for tip but could I leave it on my credit card. They pressured me by asking to take it out from the ATM. I said no bc they charge outrageous fees. Then the manager or lady at the front said yes to leaving a tip on my credit card out of nowhere. So she then asked me how much, I said $3. I told them, and they both said something to each other under their breath. Then I said, well tips aren't required right? And she told me that she let me use their restroom and started getting loud with me in front of everyone and wouldn't let me talk. She started making faces at me and so I paid and left. Like what kinds of service is that?"
