"I walked into the hair salon they were very nice I made my appointment 4 to 5 days prior I show up the day of there is no appointment for me 11 AM I was getting a service That was going to take about 3 to 4 hours they told me that if I could come back at 1 pm I said fine things happen then I end up getting a call from them at 12:40 PM saying that if I could change my appointment and come in later I had clear my schedule that day. Not a way to run businesses. I had other appointments"
