San Francisco Bird Hotel

"Terrible place, I took my two healthy 3 years old parakeets to ( SF Bird hotel in south. SanFrancisco,CA), on Sep. 26.2023, one got sick, infection, lost weight in just 7 days, other one will be tested soon. Breaks my heart to see my poor little bird going through this. I will never go back here. They put these little birds in a small room with no sunlight or windows. in parakeet rooms.I regret taking them there. Picture below shows my blue parakeet at bird hospital puffed up sleeping. She's on fungal, yeast medication for a month."

"I forgot to take pics of the place because I was fascinated by all the birds they had there. However I didn't go there to leave my bird , I was looking for toys. Which thankfully they have safe toys for birds. The moment I put in the toy in my baby's cage they went to work . They loved it and I will be buying more and hopefully using the birds hotel services at some point when I go on vacay. I feel the staff really love birds and that means the world to me"

"This is a wonderful place to board your birds. They are big bird experienced.The owner and staff are very caring. Excellent value. Nice big cages for the big birds. Excellent hours. I drive 35 min to take my birds there so that means the drive is well worth it."

"The SF bird hotel and its staff are absolutely incredible. They're knowledgeable, caring, extremely professional and trustworthy. My parrot LOVES coming here and starts doing his excited squeaks when we walk through the door. Special shout out to the staff that takes care of the birds here. Whether my parrot stays for weeks or just a weekend, I know he's in good hands with them."

"Don’t be alarmed by all the squawking, this place can sound like a zoo, but I assure you San Francisco Bird Hotel is one of a kind. Everyone here is really nice, and they’ve always accommodated us even with short notice drop offs. The proximity to SFO is great for those who need to hop on a flight. Having moved back to Southern California, and visited bird boarding places here, I have to say I miss SF Bird Hotel. Differences at SF Bird Hotel…1: pick up/drop off hours are 8am to 7pm (SoCal it’s 9am-5pm…what?!) 2: SF Bird hotel is available every single day of the week…we found a place here in SoCal that is closed Sunday & Mondays. 3: Other shops: You are not even allowed into the bird boarding area/setting up your pets cage. And a pretty unique thing about SF Bird Hotel is you get to walk by all different types of macaws, conures, African greys, Amazon, and every now and then you’ll get a “hello” or “hola”, “bye bye”."
