"Noise! It is almost 1130pm and the hotel manager is allowing a very loud group out in the courtyard to continue its raucous partying! This is a weeknight and most of us staying are trying to sleep! The morning comes early! Extremely negligent manager."

"UNPROFESSIONAL SECURITY STAFF. It’s 11pm and we get a knock on our hotel door. The security guard demands that I move my car because a large truck is going to need to park there. There were no obvious signs or traffic cones to block off these spots - a couple off to the side, but nothing obvious and clear. After re-parking my car, I went into the lobby where I found that same security guard. I asked him to come outside with me so I could show him how there weren’t any cones and that they should consider setting them up so that this doesn’t happen to another guest. He attempted to show me other parking spots with cones in them, implying that I might have moved them, which was not the case - in fact, the night before, we parked in the exact same space next to a security guard in his car, who said nothing. I told him that I didn’t care about the other parking spaces and that I don’t want to argue. I just wanted to make him aware that this might happen to another guest, and they should consider setting up obvious cones in the space I was just removed from. He told me "you're lucky that I didn't have it towed." Clearly this guy is unstable and potentially dangerous. At this point, it escalated and turned into a verbal altercation and led to the security guard attempting to kick me and my elderly parents out onto the streets of SF at 11pm at night. He also called me a racist. The lady at the front desk did manage to de escalate the situation, but she wasn’t very helpful. I then asked her to call her supervisor. It went to voicemail, she left a message, and told me that I can speak with them when they return in the morning. We’ll see how that goes, but it DOES NOT change the unprofessional experience of having a staff member yelling at me, when I was just trying to help. Any hotel that hires an employee like that deserves this critical review. At this point, I’ve received zero apologies and as I was walking to the elevator, the security guard called me a racist again and said they don’t need our business (after I mentioned leaving this review)."

"We stayed here for almost 5 weeks while my husband recovered from a major surgery at UCSF. It was perfect for what we needed. Julio at the front desk was kind enough to show me a room while my husband was still in the hospital so I could see it before committing to stay. It was a one bedroom suite with a bay view on the fourth floor. I would highly recommend paying extra for the bay view room AND getting a room on the 4th floor if possible. We had to spend the first night in the same type of room on the first floor and the view was not as good because there were trees in the way and people walked by a lot on the walking trail. The view from the 4th floor was amazing (see photo) and our room was very quiet. The staff was great. They were very responsive. We had a few minor issues with the room during our stay (dishwasher making loud noise, cabinet door that fell off, etc). They always sent engineering right away and they fixed the problems immediately. The room was newly renovated so it was very clean. Housekeeping was also excellent. The cleaned once a week and came on a schedule that was convenient for us. They were always on time and very courteous. The outdoor seating area and the fire pit were very nice. We had local dinner guests over one night and enjoyed using that space. It was winter so the pool and hot tub were closed for the season. We also liked having a place to do laundry on site. Finally, the paved walking trail around the point was beautiful (photo attached). It was so convenient to have a safe and peaceful place to walk right outside the hotel room door. While some reviews are not good, our experience was excellent. I would recommend staying here."

"Rooms have been completely updated with new furnishings, carpet, tile, everything! Comfortable and stylish, we absolutely enjoyed our 3 week stay here. We actually had a Mountain View and the double panes on the double windows completely blocked out all road noise. The serene waterfront setting is beautiful and only a quick 15-20 minute drive to downtown. The only negative was that the grills were not operable while we were there, however the fire pit, heated pool, and whirlpool spa were running fine."

"This hotel is close to the airport, but it is a very below average hotel. There is no room service - no one will come to make the beds or give fresh towels, what you get when you get to the bedroom is what you will have until you leave. The mattress of the room was so soft that I got back pain from it. The location is in the middle of an industrial area, and not much around the hotel. The breakfast is included, but what you get as an option for breakfast is nothing to rave about: pancakes, make your own burrito, a couple of yogurt options and a couple of cereal options. The view from the bedroom was the best feature of this whole experience."
