"This is a really amazing hotel. The property is gorgeous, the rooms are really well appointed, free breakfast is still great, and the staff are awesome. Plus the shower heads are strong enough to make Kramer happy."
"Please be aware.....although they offer a van service to and from the airport their van only fits 6 people. Do not expect to have their service available to get you to the airport. The time the van run is also limited compared to other hotels. The rooms were nice, the employees provided good service however they informed me that they constantly have problems/ complaints about their shuttle service. From what I understand the company that owns the hotel offers it as a "complementary service" and it is not guaranteed. For goodness sakes, at least get a van that fits 12 people!!!! In my opinion it is very dishonest to say you offer the service yet you don't car if your service can help everyone that stays at your hotel. I would recommend one of the other hotels in the area. We had a great experience at Homestead which is right around the corner."
"Very happy with our brief stay here. Parking was plentiful. The lobby is large and welcoming. Really appreciated the ice water, coffee/tea and even hot chocolate that was available in the lobby. We got to our room and found it to be clean, comfortable, and well stocked with towels. Did get some plane noise in the morning. But that just helped us get up early enough to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The waffle station was awesome."
"We stayed 4 nights during Christmas 2023. I really love this hotel. The room was neat and clean, looked very new, no odor etc.. The kids liked the TV very much, that was a big LED TV which is rarely seen in other hotels. They have 24 hours coffee and hot water, complementary breakfast with multiple choices and also in good quality. Parking is $15 per day, but a lot of spots there and compared to other hotels in this area, that is acceptable. The people at reception desk were very nice and check in took only a few minutes. We really love our stay and will definitely revisit next time."
