Meadow View Place is a newly constructed multi-family apartment complex located in Truckee, California. Developed by Neighborhood Partners, LLC, Pacific Housing, and John Stewart Company, the complex features 56 units including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The community building offers common areas, an outdoor patio, and a playground for children. With a focus on sustainability, Meadow View Place incorporates rooftop solar panels to achieve zero-net-energy usage and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Through funding from the Sustainable Communities Grant and support from Placer County, the project also includes transit, trail, and energy improvements to meet required emission reductions.
